IP Blue, Level 8 Merge ‘Virtual Turret’ into Cicero

NEW YORK and CARY, N.C.--Level 8 Systems has developed an "XML wrapper" around IP Blue’s VTAll (Virtual Terminal Application Link and Launch) "virtual turret" for its Cicero application integration software.
Cicero establishes a message bus behind any application that is recognized by Windows, providing "non-invasive" integration. This means that no modification is required to applications, which are simply "wrapped" in XML documents for interface with Cicero’s content-control algorithm, says
