“We held fire until this year,” says Steve Singleton, vice president of sales for UK-based financial software house Microgen-OST. “But now we’ve gone ahead and ported the core application that built our company, OST Business Rules, to Linux,” he will tell you.
Microgen-OST is one of a growing number of providers in the financial IT sector to acknowledge the importance of Linux.
