NYSE Glitch Delays OpenBook

The exchange first became aware of the problem at 10:19am Tuesday, and immediately moved to a recovery scenario, a NYSE spokesperson says, which involved restarting the OpenBook system. Soon after, the exchange issued an alert saying that OpenBook had been restarted and was "operating normally."

Confusion

However, at 10:54am, the exchange reported that the feed was experiencing delays, and initially believed that the problem affected other NYSE Proprietary Data Products, including NYSE Alerts
