Datastream/ICV Will Extend Topic 3 To Include Order Routing Function
ORDER MANAGEMENT & ROUTING
LONDON--Within the next quarter, Primark's Datastream/ICV division is due to launch an order-routing extension of its Topic 3 real-time price quote system that will let institutions send orders to brokers electronically. The extension will also include links to the London Stock Exchange's order-driven system, the Stock Exchange Trading Service, or SETS.
The extension does not yet have a name, but Datastream plans to launch it in two stages. The first will be available in July or August and will
