FinScope Readies ASP Version of Sabre

LONDON--Start-up FinScope, based in London, is readying a Web-based, application service provider (ASP) version of its Sabre algorithmic trading engine and is working with TransactTools to provide the connectivity between sell- and buy-side firms.

The SabreNet ASP option is slated to officially debut at the TradeTech 2004 financial technology expo in Paris, April 27--29, says Paul Sulyok, a founder and director of FinScope. The new service is intended to entice buy-side firms into using the Sabre
