BNP TAKES MINT MIDDLEWARE

The New York offices of Banque National de Paris (BNP) will be using the financially oriented middleware from Mint Communication Systems in an effort to create a variety of enterprise-wide links for a forthcoming data mart, say BNP and Mint officials. The Rules Manager of Mint will be used to link front-office trading systems, position-keeping applications and the back-office into the data mart, which is a subset of a data warehouse at BNP, says an industry source.
