Creditors Halt Management Buyout Of Fusion, Charge Others Were Shut Out Of The Bidding

For the moment, creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy case of the Fusion Systems Group have halted what they charge is a bargain buyout of the consulting division of the ill-fated company by the Fusion management team.

At a hearing held April 17, the creditors contested the management buyout of Fusion Consulting that Fusion executives had planned to close on May 7.
