Following a vote by members on a proposal for a new trading floor, consideration by the Chicago Board of Trade of a plan to install a Reuters Triarch 2000 digital data distribution system will likely begin to move forward. Consideration of the plan to roll out Triarch, which has been approved by the CBOT's technology committee (TST, March 7), had been put on hold by the exchange's finance committee until plans to move to the new building had been finalized.
