Eliot Clingman is a senior business analyst at Alier, UK , the wholly owned subsidiary of Alier Inc., a middleware supplier based in Berkeley, Calif. For the past 15 months, he has been developing financial knowledge-based products for Alier such as the Alier Network Data Model (NDM). Clingman entered the investment banking business in 1986 as a mortgage backed securities structurer for Morgan Stanley, and later Shearson
