Walsh-Lowe Plans European Expansion As New Member Of Constantin Group

NEW YORK--IT consultants for North America and London, the formerly named Walsh-Lowe & Associates will be expanding its business into continental Europe as the latest addition to the Paris-based Constantin Group.
The Constantin Group late last month finalized its joint venture agreement with Walsh-Lowe, which is now known as Walsh-Lowe/Constantin Group and is based in Hoboken, New Jersey.
Last November, the Constantin Group acquired a 60 per cent majority interest in Walsh-Lowe, which has offices
