Globex Gets An Unhelpful No From CBOE, AMEX, CSE

The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), the American Stock Exchange and the Cincinnati Stock Exchange (CSE) have decided not to join Globex, the after-hours futures and options order-matching system.
