Philips Finance is proceeding with a global implementation of Philadelphia-based Financial Software Systems' Spectrum treasury trading and risk management system across its network of regional treasury centres. After conducting end-user and technical training sessions with local staff, Philips Finance Singapore launched the system in live production last month.
