SSB Shifts Into Next Phase Of Tribeca Move

NEW YORK--Salomon Smith Barney (SSB), now a part of Citigroup Inc., recently went live with a new trading floor in the Tribeca section of New York as part of a plan to accommodate the several thousand traders from SSB and Citibank who are slated to move in over the coming year.

SSB's 390 Greenwich St. is also serving as a test bed of sorts for the combined trading room technologies that will be forthcoming from Reuters (TTW, May 24). For instance, the Reuters Kobra front-end display application
