Wilco Acquires Icetrader, As ADP Looks To Buy Wilco

Wilco International Ltd. has acquired the rights to Icetrader, the bond trading system developed by London-based Iceberg Software Ltd., the only company that has "gold" status in Reuters' third-party applications program in the U.K. Meanwhile, Automatic Data Processing Inc., which has an 18 percent stake in Wilco, is negotiating to buy the rest of Wilco.
