A Clarification and A Correction: A phrase in the May 2 issue of TST inadvertently implicated Micrognosis in a tax claim by the State of New Jersey against FD Consulting. Meanwhile, an unrelated lawsuit filed against both Micrognosis and FD was dismissed after attorneys for both the plaintiff and Micrognosis stipulated that such a dismissal was acceptable. TST inaccurately noted that the claim had been "resolved out of court."
