Tantus To Roll "Siena" By Year's End: A Java-Based Rewrite Of TDS For NT

NEW MALDEN, UK--At the end of this year, Tantus, the Surrey-based treasury system vendor, is launching a Java-based, treasury trade capture and position keeping system called Siena, for Microsoft Windows NT, that will eventually replace the flagship Tantus Dealing System (TDS).
Brian Shearing, who heads the development team for Siena at Tantus, says the product is "a complete rewrite and replacement for Tantus' product line." The company reckoned that it was time for an update. This is the first
