DG Bank Expands New HTIB To Traders But May Switch To Intranet In The Future

FRANKFURT--Deutsche Genossenschaftsbank (DG Bank) rolled out Tibco's newly adapted historical TIB, or HTIB, to its 230 Frankfurt-based traders last month. However, HTIB may have a short life span at the bank as DG Bank explores and develops intranet technologies.
HTIB is an application add-on to Tibco's The Information Bus (TIB) which allows access to historical data via the TIB and its Marketsheet user interface.
