Micrognosis Inc. has bid farewell to the head of its digital data distribution systems development group, Robert Romeo, and has hired Tom Chow to replace him. Chow, who was most recently the associate director of transaction systems development at Dow Jones Telerate, took over as Micrognosis' director of product development Aug. 3. Romeo has since taken a position with Union Bank of Switzerland in New York. At the same time, Micrognosis has announced that it will relocate its Staten Island-based
