More News On Midas-Kapiti's Acquisition Of Frustum Group

As previously reported, treasury and derivatives systems developer Midas-Kapiti International has reentered the derivatives systems market with the purchase of New York-based Frustum Group (TST, November 25). However, it remains unclear how this affects Midas-Kapiti's veteran Cmark treasury system.
The deal for Frustum is expected to close next month. Industry sources say Frustum had been up for sale for some time now, and both Midas-Kapiti and Reuters were tipped as possible buyers. Mike
