Telerate Struggles To Keep Customers On Moribund TTS

Telerate Systems Inc.'s efforts to retain subscribers to The Trading Service (TTS), its foreign exchange transaction system, is being undermined by a lack of liquidity in two of the globe's three time zones. The lack of activity on the system could hamper Telerate's attempts to keep paying customers on board TTS until the Minex Corp. order-matching system comes to market next year.
