Indosuez Hong Kong To Install Real-Time Forex System

REAL-TIME APPLICATIONS

Banque Indosuez, now wholly-owned by Credit Agricole, will begin deploying (Sigma), an internally-developed real-time spot foreign exchange trading system, in its Hong Kong trading room next month. Bangkok will follow in May.

Sigma is already installed at the bank in Singapore and in Tokyo, as well as outside the region. The hybrid Sun Microsystems Unix/Microsoft Windows NT-based system relies on Tibco's TIB digital data distribution platform to refresh data on trading desk PCs.
