At an analysts' meeting following the release of its first quarter revenue report, Reuters marketing and technical policy chief David Ure said that the "next year to 18 months will be very productive and rather revolutionary" for the vendor. Most notably, Reuters for the first time offered specifics on the coming debut of the so-called Project Armstrong data warehouse, which is now known as the Reference Database. Reuters also emphasized its Mexican money markets dealing service, indicating that
