First Boston Bond Desk Dispossesses TSS, As Reuters Takes Possession Of Quotron

Credit Suisse First Boston Corp. has set plans to end its days as the only customer of Quotron Systems Inc.'s Trading Support System digital data distribution platform. The firm has opted to oust the 260-position TSS installation now on its fixed-income desk in favor of Teknekron Software Systems Inc.'s platform.
First Boston's decision to drop TSS comes as Reuters has formally acquired the rights to TSS, through its purchase March 31 of Quotron (Inside Market Data, April 11). After First Boston
