SEB Merchant Bank Aims for Cross-Asset Risk Control

LONDON--SEB Merchant Bank officials have taken a step closer to their goal of achieving cross-asset risk computation with the selection of treasury and capital markets software applications from Summit Systems, officials say.

Since 1996, the bank has deployed front-office and risk-management applications for derivatives trading, according to a statement from bank officials. The relationship with Summit helped sway the bank when it evaluated other vendors. Bank officials decline to name the other
