Primark Divisions Will Connect Trading Products And Routing Network

LONDON--Two of Primark's UK subsidiaries, Datastream/ICV and Primark Investment Management Systems, will write an interface between Datastream's Topic3 Trader trade order routing network and PIMS' Preview buy-side trading system.
"We're developing a FIX [Financial Information Exchange] capability that will allow Preview users to link to Topic3 and other external trading systems," says Chris Brooke, PIMS' business development manager. "If our clients can link to all FIX-compliant dealing systems
