It's beginning to look like Bloomberg L.P.'s strategy of requiring users to install Bloomberg-proprietary cabling is more posture than policy. The vendor has authorized not merely one, but four network system vendors to facilitate delivery of the Bloomberg service over non-native local area network cabling to support Bloomberg terminals. The vendors -- three of them U.K.-based -- are CCC Group Ltd., Paragon Audio Visual Ltd., Pinacl Communication Systems Ltd. and Clifton, N.J.-based JAC
