Headline Board Of Trade Selects Reuters, Nixes Micro/Fd, Pending Oks

The Chicago Board of Trade has selected Reuters' Triarch 2000 to serve as the digital data distribution system for traders and specialists on the exchange floor and, ultimately, for members throughout the CBOT's headquarters building. The exchange selected Reuters in a final round of evaluations that pitted the vendor against Micrognosis Inc. -- which was pitching the former FD Consulting Inc.'s MIPS platform.
