Tibco To Upgrade ETX By Improving Network Throughput, Messaging Controls

Tibco is working on a number of upgrades to its Enterprise Transaction Express (ETX) guaranteed-messaging middleware, most notable of which is merging the administrative functionality of Transaction Express (TE) with the processing capabilities of ETX. Kieran Harty, Tibco's chief scientist, says the integration should be completed by year-end.
