Delegates from the American Stock Exchange, the Chicago Board Options Exchange, the Cincinnati Stock Exchange and Reuters Holdings PLC held a press conference on June 18 to officially announce the formation of a partnership to build an after-hours trading network for equity products (TST, May 21).
