SALOMON Brothers Inc., which recently parted ways with chief information officer Peter Bloom(TST, Oct. 2, 1995), is once again in the mardet for a technology chief. This time, the firm is looking to plyb the vacancy left by its reassignment of global technology head Mitsuo Kurobe. Kurobe, who had served as Salomon's branch manager for Tokyo before being named global technology chief last April, has been shipped back to the firm's Tokyo office.
