TIB/ActiveEnterprise On Sun's Solaris 7 Bandwagon For Faster, Scalable Apps

NEW YORK--Tibco wasted no time in jumping on the Solaris 7 bandwagon and was on hand for Sun Microsystems' New York unveiling of the upgrade to its popular Unix variant.

A premier purveyor of so-called Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) middleware, Tibco Software announced that its TIB/Active Enterprise product suite--including, of course, TIB/Rendezvous (RV)--will be ready for the upgraded, 64-bit architecture of Solaris 7 by next January.
