BURSA MALAYSIA SUFFERS TWIN OUTAGES

Traders on the Bursa Malaysia found themselves unable to trade during part of Dec. 22 and again on Dec. 24 due to an issue with an application module for the exchange's pre-opening trading phase. In both cases, the exchange delayed the start of afternoon trading each day.
