LSE Adds to Baikal Management Team

The exchange has appointed Natan Tiefenbrun as Baikal's commercial director. He previously worked at peering and interconnection services provider XConnect and agency brokerage Instinet, where he was president of its international division, directing development of global algorithmic trading capabilities and formulating the liquidity platform strategy that evolved into Chi-X, say officials.
