Longwood Signs Digiterre for CRM

St Paul's Cathedral in London
London-based Longwood was formed by former Citadel credit chief Chris Boas.

The cloud-based software, designed for the investment sector specifically, will support the hedge fund's investor relations, sales and marketing, compliance and business operations processes.

"After evaluating the key CRM market participants, Digiterre was selected to partner with Longwood as they offer full integration with Outlook," says Chris Fenichell, founding partner at Longwood. "They also offer the ability (via the native mobile app) to access CRM data while outside wi-fi/mobile connection, which is very helpful if traveling by air. Longwood has offices in the UK & US and Digiterre were the only CRM provider we evaluated which offered local support in both countries. Since go-live with dCRM, we have been impressed with the support at the implementation stage and look forward to building out the application further to enhance our investor communications."
