HKEx Data Initiatives to Expand Access

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing is introducing a new data license structure, a series of new datafeeds and a connectivity hub in mainland China, which—in conjunction with already announced improvements to improve the latency and capacity of its cash trading system—will make it easier for traders and investors to access the exchange’s data.

The exchange aims to introduce its new, single data license in December, which will consolidate the current procedure required for vendors to connect to HKEx
