John Delvecchio has emerged at Liberty Brokerage. After a reorganization that aimed to decentralize operations, Delvecchio left Merrill Lynch, where he co-headed market data for Merrill's global market data group (TTW, April 26).
Michelle McCarthy is leaving her position as risk product manager for vendor IQ Financial Systems, and will take on similar duties for Bankers Trust in its Raroc 2020 risk measurement service bureau for institutional investors in the custody area.
