Dissatisfied with the progress it has made in rolling out its new Teknekron Software Systems Inc.-provided digital data distribution system, J.P. Morgan & Co. last Wednesday announced internally some major changes to its market data technology staff.

With six months having elapsed in the planned 1,000- position rollout in New York, the firm finds itself with a mere 150 Teknekron Information Bus-linked desktops. As a result, one of the direct reports of global technology head Peter Clark -- John
