OBERBANK BEATS OTHER AUSTRIAN BANKS TO THE ‘NET

Oberbank, the sixth-largest bank in Austria, has gone live on Cognotec’s Autodeal Lite FX trading system, making it Austria’s first bank to offer Internet-based foreign exchange trading to its client base. Oberbank, which has 96 domestic branches, plans to have around 200 corporate customers using its online foreign exchange trading service--branded FX Nettrade--within three months.
