Tibco Comes Under Reuters Trading Systems Umbrella

LONDON--TTW has learned that Reuters will bring their Triarch and Tibco trading room businesses under the same umbrella as the result of the company's largest reorganization in about seven years. The Triarch/Tibco union will also bring new products that combine the capabilities of the two long-time competitors.
Reuters plans to undergo a corporate metamorphosis by splitting into two separate divisions, with one side devoted to trading room technologies and the other to the company's media
