CBA Upgrades Syntegra Turrets For Hong Kong Trading Floor
TRADING FLOOR TECHNOLOGIES
HONG KONG--Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) has gone live with upgraded voice trading technology from Syntegra for a dozen traders in money market, fixed-income and debt market instruments on its new Hong Kong trading floor.
Six traders are now using the U.K. turret vendor’s ITS pV105Hi single handset turrets, while six sales staff have been given ITS pV405Hi turrets. The latter has twin handsets so sales staff can have clients and dealers on separate lines at the same time. The new turrets
