Credit Agricole N.Y. Unit Integrates Opus Risk Mgmt.

The New York office of Caisse Nationale de Credit Agricole is in the first stage of installing Renaissance Software Inc.'s Opus, a front- to back-office integrated derivatives software system. The installation is part of a strategic commitment by the bank to upgrade its systems and enhance its risk management and control capabilities.
According to Tobin Levy, the bank's New York branch middle-office manager, CNCA's deal with Renaissance calls for a two-year phased rollout of the Opus derivatives
