Arizona Exchange, Wunsch Auction Systems To Become One And The Same, If Plan Approved

Wunsch Auction Systems Inc. and an Arizona regulatory commission are in an advanced stage of talks to bring Wunsch's Single Price Auction Network (SPAworks) trading system to Phoenix and rename it the Arizona Stock Exchange. The proposed deal would allow Wunsch to retain its single- price auction method and corporate structure, while operating from a Phoenix, Ariz., base.
