GUERRERA NAMED CTO
Frank Guerrera
has been named chief technology officer at State Street Bank, based in Boston. Guerrera recently left Reuters as vice president, project management (Inside Market Data, February 9). Guerrera joined Reuters in 1996 (IMD, January 29, 1996). Prior to that, he was director of market data services at Fidelity Management & Research (Trading Systems Technology, September 5, 1994) and a vice president at JP Morgan.SUNGARD NAMES 2 VPs
