Tibco's TIBTrader Combines ETX And AFS's Visual Trading System

SYDNEY--At client council meetings in financial centres around the globe over the past few months, Tibco has introduced and been touting the capabilities of its TIBTrader enterprise trading and risk management solution--the result of a collaboration between Tibco and Applied Financial Systems (AFS).
The new system is part of Tibco's push to provide platform independent, real-time trading, risk management and straight-through processing (STP) capabilities to financial firms, says David Bell, Tibco
