Chris Broad has rejoined the London Stock Exchange (LSE) after a stint at Reuters Instinet. Broad has been the senior project manager for research and development at Instinet in New York since last August. While at the LSE, Broad shepherded the SETS order-driven transaction system effort before leaving to join Instinet.
