Saladin Will Install Energy Trading Software At Oil Companies Chevron And Conoco

Chevron Products Co., a division of Chevron USA Inc., has signed a deal with energy information and software vendor Saladin Inc. to use that vendor's Energy Server software as the so-called data repository for its Chevron Advanced Trading System (Cats). At the same time, Saladin has come to terms with Conoco for the rollout of some 85 positions of Saladin's Crusader, a so-called information navigation product, in Conoco's London, Houston and Singapore offices.
