Having finally found a solution for its back-office clearing and settlement requirements, it appears that Lehman Brothers Inc. has now focused its attention on shoring up the next key component of its technology hierarchy: Just over one week ago, Lehman hired Kevin McGilloway to fill the firm's newly created post of chief technology officer. McGilloway, who most recently served as the chief information officer at the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States, now reports to Lehman
