, the soon-to-be-new owner of Dow Jones Markets (DJM), is set to name Julian Childs as managing director of its European operation, replacing John Jessop, who has had the post for the past eight months. Beyond confirming his resignation, Jessop declines comment and Childs couldn't be reached for comment. Jessop was appointed managing director last July (Trading Systems Technology, July 7, 1997).
