Bank Of Boston Buys Storm/X Risk Mgmt. From Micrognosis

Bank of Boston has selected Intelcom Data Systems Inc.'s so-called Storm/x Unix-based risk management system to provide position-keeping and deal-capture functionality for some 35 foreign exchange traders at its new treasury trading operation. The bank -- which is in the process of shifting its treasury traders from the 10th floor to the 12th floor of its current 100 Federal St. premises in Boston -- is scheduled to go live with Storm/x by the third quarter of this year.
