DLJ Adopts Kobra Under Windows NT

DESKTOP APPLICATIONS

NEW YORK--Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) has adopted Reuters' Kobra object-oriented front-end for its Reuters Triarch data distribution backbone, and is deploying a Microsoft Windows NT version of the desktop application, say industry sources.

While details at press time were incomplete, sources say that the treasury group of DLJ has adopted Kobra, and as many as 450 desktops may get the software. Sources also say that the implementation is "running smoothly."
